Found some information on this. Seems it was an EF-1 tornado that went through Western Maine on Friday afternoon.

"...touched down near Dove Way in Norway, then travelled for about 16 miles through Paris, Buckfield and Sumner. It fell apart near the intersection of Route 219 and Church road in Hartford. The width of the tornado was estimated at about 700 yards. Maximum winds were estimated at 100-110 mph... This is the 6th confirmed tornado this year in Maine, which usually only averages 2 a year.
